If you wish to return an item, please contact Ash & Sky within 7 working days of receipt to arrange to return it for an exchange or refund. Items should be returned unused and in saleable condition, in their original packaging to the address below, within 14 days of receipt. We cannot exchange, accept returns or refund for items that have been used or ruined. Please include a note giving the reason for the return and your original invoice. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage or use a trackable service for your own security.
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. Please note that orders sent outside the EU may attract import duty and local sales taxes. These charges are beyond our control and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Ash & Sky suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. Ash & Sky will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice or PayPal, we will need an email or bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Ash & Sky reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
